SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once order is placed, the delivery process may take as soon as 12 hours. To change your order or shipping particulars, kindly send us an email immediately with your particulars so that we can make the changes for you before delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to change your order once the item is dispatched.
For local delivery, we provide door to door shipping. We have worked with the courier service company to give you the best delivery rates. Price starting as low as S$3.50 per order. You may expect to receive your order 1-3 days upon dispatch,
We provide free delivery for all products with a minimum purchase of $50 in a single receipt.
1. You may only return the item if it is defective or the wrong item is delivered to you. Once the proof of delivery has been signed, you may not return the item under Change of Mind.
2. Items can be returned within 14 days upon receipt of shipment.
NOTE: In the unlikely event that your return is invalid, our Customer Service will notify you before sending it back to you. To avoid this, kindly contact us before returning it back to us.
3.Replacements are currently only applicable for returned items. Please message us that you wish to have a replacement made.
